• Integration Services We can assist in the integration to any external system you would like to provide access to via your Kiosk. Examples include Restaurant Reservations, Event Ticketing, and Car Valet, Point-of-Sale systems or even a database you utilize within your business. You may even need to Link to a scheduling system that displays events or messages. Our development team can assist in any customization required, including development of custom business applications.
• Support Services A 24/7 phone support hotline is available to assist you. We also offer remote monitoring of your kiosk units to maximize up-time - if the unit goes down we can quickly diagnose and resolve any problems that arise and notify you of any problems. We can also manage your content updates remotely.
• Software Updates With CompleteCARE, software updates are included:
  • Software updates are performed automatically.
  • Software updates are sent to you via CD or can be downloaded.
• Hardware Warranties We include a 3-year warranty with every display. Extended warranty packages are available upon request. Add-on hardware such as printers, scanners, speakers, fixtures/enclosures and PC/media players all carry a one-year warranty. Extended warranty options are also available for add-on hardware.
• Interactive Training We utilize "GoToMeeting" where we host on-line training sessions over the internet. Students can connect right from their own desktop to the trainer's computer and follow the training session.
• Generating Revenue: Plan on selling advertisement space on your Kiosk to generate revenue? We can assist you in creating and managing the ads for various clients. Our Ad system allows you to remotely update the ads on your kiosks via the Internet. Ads can be scheduled to update on certain dates automatically or can be manually updated as needed.
